Making a sweet pack
Today an interesting craft work was shown to the children. They did a sweet pack designed like carrot. Insha was very excited as it was the first time for them to make a sweet pack. After making it, children filled it with some sweets to make it more real. Insha improved her skill in cutting straight lines when making it. She was very happy to accomplish the task of making a sweet pack. She said "I will be giving this to my sister".

Making a netball court
Making a netball court
Today we make a beautiful netball court, she always enjoy working with wires. This time she had to do a totally different thing with wires. At first she did not liked it. But since she was very creative in her talents, she could do the netball court with out much difficulty. After completing it, she was really happy as it came out perfectly well.

Fun with tools
To enhance her creativity she was given some tools and shapes to make her own design. In which she made a ship sailing in the sea.
She even tell a beautiful imaginative story about the ship she made. The story was about a magic ship that can sail and even fly.
The story was so interesting that I ask her to retell it to the whole class. All the children become very interested in it that they all wanted to tell their stories. It was a fun class after all.

Eid card
Eid is near, so today we make Eid card for the parents. Children were provided with many designs of cards. With different papers, scissors and glue. They were asked to made a Eid card for the parents. Children chose different colored papers and papers to do the cards.
Insha did the beautiful mosque, using different design papers. She has cut different shapes and used star stickers to make it attractive. she found it very difficult make a perfect moon, as she wasn't familiar in cutting crescent shapes. But it the end it was a beautiful card for the parents.

Coloring a picture
Insha colored a beautiful picture today. Her work was very colorful and she found it very interesting too. She used appropriate colors for the different things in the picture. The picture was very beautiful and she completed it in no time. While doing the work she talks to her friends about why she is using certain colors. Like: shades of green, to show that it is grass.
When all the work of the children were displayed on the wall, they were excited. They kept on showing each other their work and giggling.
